The Draper Treatment Program is an extension to the Hilltop Treatment Program and supports the needs of individuals who have suffered mild-to-moderate brain injuries. The overall focus of this six bed facility is increased independence with all tasks of everyday living, working, and leisure activities. The length of stay ranges form six to eighteen months.
Typically a client will begin their post acute brain injury rehabilitation in the Hilltop Treatment Program and graduate to the Draper Program to experience more independence, accountability, and responsibility throughout their rehabilitation. All residents must be eighteen years of age or older and medically stable.
CORE Health Care provides a homelike setting while the individual's therapy will center around learning strategies or tasks to assist them with their limitations resulting from their brain injury. Therapies will include physical, occupational, speech, cognitive, and psychotherapy. Specific areas emphasized will include menu planning, money management, medication management, community mobility, work/volunteer activity, and week-end/leisure planning.

The Draper Program provides 24-hour supervision from CORE Health Care's direct care personnel. Many of the direct care personnel are certified as Brain Injury Specialists through the Brain Injury Association of America. All of CORE Health Care's therapists are licensed in their appropriate discipline.
